Quotation requests can be submitted online. Some services require a site inspection/consultation and a fee may apply; this is confirmed before the booking and may be credited on acceptance where applicable.

Do you offer ongoing pool maintenance?

Yes. Perfect Pools offers scheduled maintenance in selected service areas, subject to route availability. Current plan options and chemical inclusions should be confirmed when quoting.

Can you repair pumps, filters and salt chlorinators?

Yes. Perfect Pools provides technical assessment, repair/replacement and installation of common pool filtration and sanitation equipment. Product and workshop availability varies by brand/model.

Do you install new swimming pools?

Yes. Perfect Pools installs new pre-moulded pool shells and associated filtration/plumbing/finishing work as specified in the quotation.

Do you reline old concrete or fibreglass pools?

Perfect Pools provides fibreglass relining/renovation for suitable pools. A site assessment is required to confirm preparation, repairs and material system.

How do you find pool leaks?

Leak investigations may include visual checks, pressure testing and specialist location methods such as tracer gas or acoustic testing depending on the suspected leak.

Can you fix a green pool?

Yes, subject to the condition of the pool and filtration equipment. Treatment time depends on algae severity, water chemistry, circulation and filter condition; avoid guaranteeing a fixed 3-5 day result.
