2. Products

Perfect Pools sells swimming pool accessories, equipment, maintenance products and related items.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. However, product colours, packaging and minor design details may differ from the images displayed.

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable and compatible with their pool system before placing an order.

Products must be installed, used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

3. Orders and Payments

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and Perfect Pools has sent an order confirmation or dispatch notification.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.

Perfect Pools may cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable;

• Payment cannot be confirmed;

• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;

• Fraudulent activity is suspected; or

• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a refund.

4. Delivery

Perfect Pools delivers within South Africa, subject to courier availability and delivery restrictions.

Delivery fees will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, stock availability, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Additional charges may apply where an incorrect address is provided or where redelivery is required.

Customers should inspect products after delivery and report damaged, missing or incorrect items as soon as possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws.

Customers may request to cancel an order before dispatch. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.

For change-of-mind returns, products must generally be:

• Unused;

• Undamaged;

• In their original packaging;

• Complete with all accessories and manuals; and

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers may be responsible for return delivery costs where the product is not defective.

Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect or unsuitable may qualify for repair, replacement or refund, subject to inspection and applicable law.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorised modification or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may not qualify for a refund or warranty claim.

Customers should contact Perfect Pools before returning any product.

6. Warranties

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and evidence that the product was correctly installed, used and maintained.

Manufacturer warranties do not replace any consumer rights provided by South African law.

7. Website Use

You may not use this website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

You may not:

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website;

• Introduce viruses or malicious software;

• Copy website content without permission;

• Submit false or fraudulent information; or

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, belongs to Perfect Pools or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Perfect Pools may collect and process personal information to:

• Process orders and payments;

• Arrange deliveries;

• Communicate with customers;

• Manage returns and refunds;

• Prevent fraud; and

• Meet legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws.

9. Liability

Perfect Pools will not be responsible for damage or loss caused by:

• Incorrect product installation;

• Improper use;

• Failure to follow instructions;

• Incorrect chemical use;

• Unauthorised repairs or modifications;

• Incompatible equipment; or

• Normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
